Once your order has been confirmed we will begin to process your order, this will take 24 hours.
Please note due to Covid 19 and up-coming black friday sales our shipping is now 10 -14 working days for all orders. In addition to this, there may be times were unexpected delays happen due to reasons beyond our control and more to do with the delivery company network or country of passage. We will at all times provide updates on deliveries every 7 days.
Some of our products are not in bulk so please allow the time above to receive your order..(This excludes holidays and bank holidays) Once order has been dispatched our team will supply you with a tracking number which will be sent via email. Please do keep a look out as C-Suite holds no responsibility for missed packages. - please contact the delivery courier directly.
To ensure that we are delivering to the right person/address will we require a signature upon arrival of packaging at the door. If you are not in or unable to sign for your package this will result in it to unfortunately be sent back to your local depot.
PLEASE NOTE: C-Suite does not consider Saturday or Sunday a working day. (mon-fri)
Orders placed on the weekend or a bank holiday will begin processing on the next working day.
International Shipping: In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. C-Suite and the carrier do not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. We suggest checking with your local post office to find out if that applies to you as C-Suite does not cover additional customs fee charges. C-Suite is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.
1. Exchanges and returns
1.1 Unless one of the exceptions listed in Clause 1.4, below applies, you may exchange your order (or any part of it) without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days. The exchange period will expire fourteen (14) days from the day on which you physically receive, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right to exchange, you must notify us, giving us your full name, address and order reference (if any) or, alternatively, by returning the Services, in accordance with the provisions below (see Clause 1.4).
1.2 To meet the exchange deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to exchange before the exchange period has expired.
1.3 If you exchange your order, you will need to post back the purchased order to our trading office at your own cost. Once received we will notify you via email and post back the requested alternative item to your designated address.
1.4 You may not exchange your order if:
- if you have taken the item out of its original package
- if you have worn the item or customised the item in anyway shape or form
unless such Services were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered.
1.5 Due to the nature of our product and hygiene regulations, once purchased frontals, closures bundles and wigs cannot be refunded. Refunds are NOT offered on any product as all of our products are final sale, however as specified above you can exchange an item.
We offer no warranty or guarantee: if you damage your frontal, closure, bundles or wigs in any way, we are not liable and will not offer you a refund or exchange.
Please look at our C-Suite Hair Care section which helps guide you into properly taking care of your hair extensions. Any chemicals or hair products that you use is out of our control or any other person that places it on the hair is out of our control.
Please ensure that you test all hair products before using it on the hair as this can cause damage.
We are also not responsible for any damage caused by over bleaching or hair dye. We suggest seeking professional help when dying your hair extensions.
1.6 Our policy on exchanges does not affect your statutory legal rights.
